To respond to Patty, yes pink has certainly acquired more character in my mind, although the occasional sunburn subtracts points. Jodhpur sticks to its color much better than Jaipur does. I have no clue how they chose the color, my guess is that it has to do with the rajas that used to rule, like as a territory marking or something and then it just became tradition. Totally making that up though.
Ok, I'll ask the question on everyone's lips.......overall, do you have a new appreciation of the color pink?
